I can’t recommend this company enough. Matt VanderTol worked with us every step of the way. Was always easy to reach whenever a question came up. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very pleased.
Burleson is minutes from our office in Crowley. For a business, that matters when a leak shows up on a Tuesday morning over the sales floor.
A drone lets us photograph a large roof without shutting anything down. You get a written report with the photos, which makes it simple to show an owner or a landlord what is going on.

What we do
- Drone photos of the whole roof
- A written report you can share
- Leaks traced and repaired
- Flat and low-slope roofs replaced
- Metal roofs repaired and replaced
- Work planned around your business hours where we can
Signs a commercial roof needs a look
- Stained or sagging ceiling tiles
- Water that stands on the roof two days after rain
- Bubbles, cracks or open seams
- Rust on a metal roof
- A roof no one has looked at in years

What happens next
Four steps. About 15 minutes of your day.
You ask. We call.
Send the short form or call the office. We call you back to pick a day that works for you.
The drone flies. About 15 minutes.
Our pilot flies from your driveway or the street and takes pictures of every part of your roof. If something needs a closer look, he checks it up close by hand. Nobody comes inside.
You see the pictures first.
You need to be home. We need your OK to fly over your house, and you see the pictures before we leave.
You get a written report.
It comes by email or link, with dated photos and anything we found circled. It is free and it is yours to keep. If your roof is fine, the report says so.

What homeowners say
Kolo was extremely professional and knowledable the entire time. Looking forward to doing business with him/Legacy in the future. He is an asset to a very saturated roofing space in Texas. Thanks sir!
Justin was amazing to work with throughout the entire transaction. He went above and beyond to help us meet our closing date and maintained constant communication every step of the way. His professionalism, dedication, and responsiveness made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his commitment to getting everything across the finish line and would gladly work with him

Questions people ask
I lease my building. Can I still get a roof report?
Yes. Many tenants send our photo report to the landlord so the problem is clear and on record.
Can you work around our hours?
We plan the job with you so the loud and messy work lands when it hurts least.
Do you repair flat roofs or only replace them?
Both. Many flat-roof leaks can be repaired. The photos show which one you have.

Yes. The written photo report is yours to keep and share.
Do you work outside Crowley?
Yes. We work across Dallas-Fort Worth, including Burleson, Mansfield and Fort Worth.
