What you get
A report you can read, about a roof you can finally see
A roof can look fine from the yard and still be worn where you cannot see. It can also look rough and have years left. Either way, guessing is a poor way to decide.
So we take pictures. The report shows your roof from above, part by part. Anything we find is circled and explained in plain words.

Our pilot flies from your driveway or the street and takes pictures of every part of your roof. If something needs a closer look, he checks it up close by hand. Nobody comes inside.
You see the pictures first.
You need to be home. We need your OK to fly over your house, and you see the pictures before we leave.
You get a written report.
It comes by email or link, with dated photos and anything we found circled. It is free and it is yours to keep. If your roof is fine, the report says so.

What does the drone roof survey cost?
Nothing. The flight and the written photo report are free, and the report is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
Do I have to be home?
Yes. We need your OK to fly over your house, and you get to see the pictures before we leave. The flight takes about 15 minutes.
Will someone walk on my roof?
The drone goes first and photographs every part of the roof from your driveway or the street. If something needs a closer look, our inspector checks it up close by hand.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then the report says your roof is in good shape, and you have dated photos to prove it. A clean roof gets a clean report.
Do you handle my insurance claim?
No. We do not file, negotiate or handle insurance claims, and your policy and your insurance company decide what is covered. If you decide to involve your insurance company, that is your call to make. If you do, we can meet your adjuster at the house and walk them through the photos.
What areas do you work in?
Our office is in Crowley. We work across Tarrant, Johnson, Parker, Dallas and Denton counties, including Fort Worth, Burleson, Joshua, Mansfield, Arlington, Aledo and Azle.
Do you only do big jobs?
No. We repair leaks and replace a few shingles as gladly as we replace a whole roof. If a repair will do, we will tell you a repair will do.
