They performed a check of my roof with a drone. Then they sent me a link so I could see what they found and they circled where the parts are that were damaged. Now I have to make a decision as to what I am going to follow up with. I believe I am going to have them walk the roof to see if there is any close-up damage that the drone did not catch and then repair what needs to be done after I hear their price. So far, I have no leaks inside the house.🙏 Hope it stays that way.
Most roof problems start small. A shingle lifts in the wind. A seal dries out around a vent pipe. Water finds the gap, and months later a brown ring shows up on the ceiling.
We start by looking. A drone photographs the whole roof, and anything that needs a closer look gets checked by hand. You see the pictures. Then you get a written price for the repair, not a pitch for a new roof.
If a repair will hold, we say so. If the roof is too far gone to patch, we show you why in the photos and let you decide.

What a repair visit covers
- Photos of the whole roof, so nothing gets missed
- The leak traced back to where the water gets in
- A written price before any work starts
- Shingles matched as closely as we can to what is on your roof
- New seals around vents, pipes and chimneys where they have failed
- The yard and driveway cleaned up when we are done
Signs you may need a repair
- A brown stain or ring on a ceiling
- Shingles in the yard after a windy night
- Dark, bare patches where the grit has worn off
- A drip in the attic when it rains
- Peeling paint or soft wood under the roof edge
- Gutters full of sand-like grit

What we repair
Leaks
We trace the water back to its source. The stain on the ceiling is often several feet from the hole.
Wind and hail damage
Lifted, torn or missing shingles replaced, and the spots around them checked.
Vents, pipes and chimneys
Most leaks start where something pokes through the roof. We reseal or replace the worn parts.
Flat and low roofs
Patios, additions and commercial roofs that hold water need a different fix. We do those too.

You see the pictures first.
You need to be home. We need your OK to fly over your house, and you see the pictures before we leave.
You get a written report.
It comes by email or link, with dated photos and anything we found circled. It is free and it is yours to keep. If your roof is fine, the report says so.

What homeowners say
Justin arrived as expected. He introduced himself and was very polite. He answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will get back to you as soon as I can to get the minor issues addressed glad you have the drone option
Justin, came out a surveyed the roof with his drone. I was amazed at the amount of detail he was able to capture with it. His report is though and detailed, found very minor items needing attention. I have ask him for a quote to for the resealing around the vent pipes.

Questions people ask
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends on what is wrong and how much of the roof it touches. We look first, then give you a written price. You decide after that.
Can you just fix the leak without replacing the roof?
Often, yes. If the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair is the right call and we will tell you so.
It only leaks in a hard rain. Is that a problem?
Yes. Water that gets in sometimes still rots the wood under the shingles. A leak that shows up only in wind-driven rain is worth finding now.
Will my insurance pay for it?
Your policy and your insurance company decide that. We do not file, negotiate or handle insurance claims. If you decide to involve your insurance company, that is your call to make. If you do, we can meet your adjuster at the house and walk them through the photos.
