A simple roof has two sides and one top line. A specialty roof has valleys, dormers, turrets and walls that meet the roof in a dozen places. Every one of those joints is a place water wants to get in.
That is where the skill shows. The material matters, but the cuts and the seals at each joint are what keep the house dry.

Our pilot flies from your driveway or the street and takes pictures of every part of your roof. If something needs a closer look, he checks it up close by hand. Nobody comes inside.
You need to be home. We need your OK to fly over your house, and you see the pictures before we leave.
It comes by email or link, with dated photos and anything we found circled. It is free and it is yours to keep. If your roof is fine, the report says so.
