For owners with more than one building, the photo report is the useful part. Each roof gets its own dated report, so you can rank them: which one needs work now, which can wait and which is fine.
After a hailstorm, a dated set of photos is also a clear record of the roof’s condition.

What happens next
Send the short form or call the office. We call you back to pick a day that works for you.
Our pilot flies from your driveway or the street and takes pictures of every part of your roof. If something needs a closer look, he checks it up close by hand. Nobody comes inside.
You need to be home. We need your OK to fly over your house, and you see the pictures before we leave.
It comes by email or link, with dated photos and anything we found circled. It is free and it is yours to keep. If your roof is fine, the report says so.
