Roof replacement services in Dallas County, TX

A new roof is a big purchase. In Dallas County, where there is a roofer on every corner, the hard part is knowing who to believe. So we show you the pictures.

5.0 · 339 Google reviews

Many Dallas County homes have more than one layer of shingles, laid one on top of the other over the years. A proper replacement takes it all off, down to the wood, so we can see the wood and fix what has rotted.

On April 25, 2026, hail up to 3 inches across was reported in southwest Dallas County. If your home was under that storm, the drone survey shows whether the roof took damage. If it was not, the photos still show how the roof is aging.

You get the report and a written price. Take them to anyone you like for a second opinion.

What happens next

Four steps. About 15 minutes of your day.

  1. You ask. We call.

Send the short form or call the office. We call you back to pick a day that works for you.

  2. The drone flies. About 15 minutes.

Our pilot flies from your driveway or the street and takes pictures of every part of your roof. If something needs a closer look, he checks it up close by hand. Nobody comes inside.

  3. You see the pictures first.

You need to be home. We need your OK to fly over your house, and you see the pictures before we leave.

  4. You get a written report.

It comes by email or link, with dated photos and anything we found circled. It is free and it is yours to keep. If your roof is fine, the report says so.

Questions people ask

Which parts of Dallas County do you cover?

The west and south sides most: Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville and Dallas. Call the office if you are farther east and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.

How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?

You should not have to take anyone’s word for it. We photograph the roof, circle what we find, and send you the report. If a repair will do, the report says so.

How long does a replacement take?

It depends on the size and shape of the roof and on the weather. We give you a start date and tell you how long we expect to be there before work begins.

What does a new roof cost?

Size, pitch, material and the state of the wood underneath all change the number. We give you a written price after we have seen the roof.

Will my insurance pay for it?

Your policy and your insurance company decide that. We do not file, negotiate or handle insurance claims. If you decide to involve your insurance company, that is your call to make. If you do, we can meet your adjuster at the house and walk them through the photos.
